Agnieszka is an independent international dispute resolution practitioner
qualified in England & Wales and in NSW, Australia. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
Agnieszka has broad experience in complex commercial and construction arbitration in a number of sectors (including oil, gas, energy, and infrastructure) in
proceedings under the ICC and LCIA Rules. Her regional experience includes High Court litigation in England, litigation in the NSW Supreme Court and in Australian federal courts, and arbitrations seated in London, Singapore and Sydney.
Agnieszka has a decade of experience working at leading international law firms in London, Sydney and Warsaw. She is fluent in English, Polish and Spanish and conversational in Russian.
Based in Warsaw, Poland, she can and does work remotely and, as necessary, on the ground in various countries.
